Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Representative to join our team in Boston, MA. As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with Regional Sales Managers and Directors to support business development, direct sales, and partner management activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead online and in-person product demonstrations to showcase our innovative technology to potential customers.
- Manage the order fulfillment process and customer onboarding to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services.
- Assist with customer and partner communications, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Support partner onboarding and renewal processes to maintain strong relationships with our partners.
- Contribute to business development, lead nurturing, and quoting activities to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Assist with tender and proposal documentation to help secure new business opportunities.
- Travel domestically and internationally (up to 25%) to meet with customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- To be based in our Boston office.
- Fluency in English is required, with proficiency or fluency in Spanish, French, or Arabic being a plus.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and rapport-building skills.
- A track record of achieving goals and exceeding targets/KPIs.
- Experience in customer-facing or outreach roles is preferred.
- Tech-savviness and a desire to learn in-depth product knowledge.
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
