Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Representative to join our team in Boston, MA. As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with Regional Sales Managers and Directors to support business development, direct sales, and partner management activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead online and in-person product demonstrations to showcase our innovative technology to potential customers.
  • Manage the order fulfillment process and customer onboarding to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services.
  • Assist with customer and partner communications, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support partner onboarding and renewal processes to maintain strong relationships with our partners.
  • Contribute to business development, lead nurturing, and quoting activities to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Assist with tender and proposal documentation to help secure new business opportunities.
  • Travel domestically and internationally (up to 25%) to meet with customers, partners, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • To be based in our Boston office.
  • Fluency in English is required, with proficiency or fluency in Spanish, French, or Arabic being a plus.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and rapport-building skills.
  • A track record of achieving goals and exceeding targets/KPIs.
  • Experience in customer-facing or outreach roles is preferred.
  • Tech-savviness and a desire to learn in-depth product knowledge.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
