Key Responsibilities
  • Process and coordinate the shipment of goods and supplies, including the preparation of necessary documentation and communication with couriers.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, including the re-order process for shipping materials and supplies.
  • Support the investigation and resolution of quality events, including delayed or missing shipments and courier-related issues.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments and supplies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders, including responding to requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of two years of general logistics experience with clinical trials required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Excellent client and phone service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices and laboratory principles, including pre-analytical, analytic, and post-analytic influences on specimens and results.
  • Intermediate level of computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain confidentiality of client protocols and study data.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
  • Experience working in a clinical trials or pharmaceutical industry setting.
  • Knowledge of temperature-controlled supplies and storage procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
