Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and scan tickets upon entry to the venue, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Assist guests with locating their seats, answer questions, and provide general information about the venue and event.
  • Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity and ensure that guests have a valid ticket for entry.
  • Participate in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the venue, including assisting with crowd control and emergency procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other event staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1+ year of experience in a guest service role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
  • Ability to work in a standing position for long periods, with occasional sitting, lifting, and carrying of up to 25 pounds.
