Job Title: Art Director

At Gravity Global, we're seeking a talented Art Director to join our team of creative professionals. As a key member of our advertising team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the visual direction of our campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Creative Direction: Develop innovative concepts and visuals for advertising campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, TV, and outdoor.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, strategists, UX/visual designers, and technologists to create cohesive, high-impact campaigns that align with our brand's vision and strategy.
  • Multi-Channel Expertise: Adapt creative ideas to different media formats, ensuring consistency and impact across all touchpoints.
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire creative process from concept to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Client Interaction: Present creative concepts and ideas to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and perfect campaign elements.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations, incorporating new techniques and ideas into campaign executions.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor junior designers and provide feedback to elevate their work, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in an art director or creative leadership role, preferably within an agency or in-house creative team.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools, such as Figma and Sketch.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence in visual storytelling, concept development, and cross-channel campaign execution.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and pitch creative ideas effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and design aesthetics, ensuring high-quality creative output.
  • Collaborative Spirit: A collaborative spirit and a hands-on approach, with exceptional execution skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at one time.
