About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living. As a RN, you will play a vital role in promoting the health and wellbeing of our residents by collaborating with our interdisciplinary team and care associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Relationships - Build strong relationships with residents and their families, providing physical and psychosocial support to meet their unique needs.
  • Provide Clinical Care - Perform all clinical duties in accordance with state nurse practice act and nursing standards of practice, ensuring the highest level of care for our residents.
  • Establish Care Goals - Work with residents and their families to establish care goals, teaching them to understand their condition, medication, and self-care skills.
  • Monitor Resident Conditions - Continuously monitor resident clinical and care conditions, identifying any changes in status and taking action to ensure patient comfort and safety.
  • Collaborate with Care Associates - Work alongside care associates to perform routine nursing care to assigned residents as needed.
  • Maintain Infection Prevention - Maintain infection prevention practices, administer medications, and perform treatments per orders.
  • Develop Comprehensive Care Plans - Develop and coordinate a comprehensive Holistic plan of care to meet the resident's clinical and care needs in collaboration with the interdisciplinary and neighborhood team.
  • Support Resident Preferences - Support resident's preferences, routines, and choices in resident's electronic medical record.
  • Ensure Accurate Documentation - Ensure that documentation is current, accurate, and timely.
  • Participate in Care Conferences - Participate in care conferences for designated residents as requested by Clinical Manager.

Requirements
  • Active RN License - Must have an active RN license in the state they will practice.
  • Graduate from Accredited Program - Must have graduated from an accredited Registered Nurse program.
  • Minimum 6 Months Experience - Must have a minimum of 6 months experience as an RN.
  • Passion for Caring for Seniors - A passion for caring for seniors.
  • CPR Certification - CPR certification required.
