Sixt USA is seeking a skilled Rental Sales Agent to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth in our branches. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a premium customer experience, upselling vehicles and services, and meeting sales and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
  • Sales and Upselling: Prepare rental agreements, advise on and up-sell vehicles and optional extras to customers based on their needs.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete daily lists, assist with branch operations, and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and in-person, providing friendly and helpful assistance.
  • Branch Support: Assist with vehicle returns, turnarounds, and other branch-related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
  • Age and License: Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Travel: Position may require up to 10% travel, including some air travel.
  • Language Skills: Ability to communicate in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
