Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team in a Senior or Mid-Level position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with experience in project development, management, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage electrical engineering projects from conception to completion, including client coordination, design services, and project management.
  • Design and analyze electrical systems, including power distribution, electrical equipment, and protective relaying.
  • Conduct arc flash, short circuit, and coordination studies using power system analysis software.
  • Supervise the design and ongoing progress of projects, including coordination with city, state, and county officials and other outside agencies.
  • Resolve complex problems, including conflicting design requirements, unsuitability of conventional materials, and difficult coordination requirements.
  • Serve as liaison between clients, agencies, subcontractors, and design teams.
  • Organize and prepare electrical construction drawings, technical specifications, contract documents, and estimates.
Requirements
  • 4-year Electrical Engineering degree required. Being licensed as a Professional Engineer is preferred, but not required.
  • 5-10+ years of experience working as an electrical engineer. However, we are open to considering a diverse range of experience and skill levels.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and SKM/ETAP (or other power systems analysis software) is preferred.
