Process Innovation Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team at Hudson Technologies Inc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Model and analyze existing operations to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new process equipment.
- Assist with the purchase and implementation of new equipment.
- Gather and analyze data to inform management decisions.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Manage the creation and maintenance of blueprints and process diagrams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, or electrical engineering.
- Basic knowledge of industrial process control and utility systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose faults to identify cost-effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certification in HVAC&R systems.
- Experience with communication languages and protocols.
