  • Workfront Admin Certification: Or ability to obtain within first 30 days.
  • Proven track record: Leading process design, project management, and change management activities for the development and implementation of business process changes and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills: And a drive to experiment; ability to use data to drive decision making.
  • Demonstrated success: Managing cross-functional stakeholders through a thoughtful prioritization process that drives towards delivery.
  • Superb communicator: And problem-solver.
  • Knowledge of processes: And operations of a global marketing function preferred.
