As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for arranging tours, booking room nights, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Westgate Resorts' vacation experiences to potential customers at various contracted locations.
- Arrange and book room nights for guests who visit our welcome centers.
- Maintain a professional appearance and work environment at all times.
- Initiate contact with as many people as possible to engage them in our vacation experiences.
- Direct and transition guests to our Marketing Coordinator to ensure a seamless experience.
- Promote interest in Westgate Resorts' vacation experiences.
- Assist in sending eligible guests to preview one of our resorts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of the area and surroundings to provide excellent directions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other team members.
- Requires a flexible work schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be outgoing and assertive, with excellent face-to-face customer service skills.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
