Key Responsibilities- Provide basic care services to patients, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound care.
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in a safe and respectful manner.
- Prepare patients for meals, assist with meals, and respond to call lights in a timely manner.
- Assist with ambulation and/or transfers, and provide complete hygienic care to patients.
- Apply principles of prevention to maintain skin integrity and skeletal muscular alignment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- One (1) year experience in healthcare or nursing services preferred.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent certification preferred.
