Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Galman Group, Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties and providing exceptional customer service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on all property equipment and systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.
  • Manage and train a team of maintenance technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure timely completion of tasks and minimize downtime.
  • Inspect and maintain all tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including safety protocols and environmental regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Property Manager or Regional Manager.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and automobile insurance coverage.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (College Degree or Coursework Desirable).
  • Prior maintenance management experience required (vocational, technical, or trade education preferred).
  • Ability to work on-call shifts and rotate on-call status as needed.
  • Experience leading maintenance teams and managing staff.
  • Owns personal tools and reliable vehicle (driver's license required).
  • HVAC certification and experience preferred.
  • Plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills required.
  • Excellent organizational, presentation, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
