Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the service, setup, and breakdown of food and beverages during events.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of menu items to confidently communicate details during meals and receptions.
  • Relay guest orders, including any special requests or dietary needs, to the kitchen staff.
  • Deliver food and beverages to guest tables promptly to ensure quality service.
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond with care and attention.
  • Check on guest satisfaction and provide suggestions to enhance their experience.
  • Set up and clean tables, buffets, and beverage stations.
  • Ensure adherence to Four Seasons service standards.
  • Collaborate professionally with colleagues and supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service is essential.
  • A Food Handler Card and MAST Alcohol Permit are required upon hiring.
  • Demonstrate ownership of responsibilities through diligence and dedication.
  • Flexible availability for morning, afternoon, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
  • Previous banquet experience is preferred.
  • Bartending skills are a plus.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Possess a strong work ethic with a desire for continuous improvement.
