Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions, resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process orders and returns through our ERP system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate shipping needs and ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Manage scheduling and processes to maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency in the office.
  • Monitor office supplies and maintain a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and achieve business objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing or FDA/CGMP environment.
  • Experience with ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365, is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills, including intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
  • Self-motivated, driven, and detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
