Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions, resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Process orders and returns through our ERP system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate shipping needs and ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Manage scheduling and processes to maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency in the office.
- Monitor office supplies and maintain a well-stocked and organized workspace.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and achieve business objectives.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing or FDA/CGMP environment.
- Experience with ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365, is a plus.
- Strong computer skills, including intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
- Self-motivated, driven, and detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
