Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care team. As a Progressive Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
  • Assess patient safety risk factors and implement interventions to prevent harm.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff as needed.
  • Participate in unit-based councils and performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Delaware.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • NIH Stroke Certification.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
