About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in the multifamily construction space. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project plans and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Prepare and oversee project budgets, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Supervise and coordinate contractors and subcontractors to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Ensure adherence to construction standards and specifications, and identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Maintain safety standards and protocols on site, and serve as the main contact for clients, providing progress updates.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of construction experience, with a focus on multifamily construction.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to be client-facing.
  • College degree in a construction-related field is a plus.
  • Knowledge of relevant construction software and safety guidelines and regulations.
  • Passion for construction and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
