Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the development of HR policies and procedures, manage complex issues, mentor HR staff, and drive the people strategy for our diverse employee base. About the RoleThis is a leadership position that requires a strategic thinker with exceptional consulting skills. As an HR Manager, you will advise leaders on HR-related matters, provide coaching and guidance to HR staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement HR programs that support growth and scalability.

Main Responsibilities
  • HR Business Consulting: Provide expert advice to leaders on HR-related matters, including policy interpretation, counseling, and training.
  • Organizational Design: Work with leaders to advise on new structures, roles, and skills required to support business priorities.
  • Talent Strategy: Develop strategies for talent acquisition, management, and development, particularly in technical areas where competition is high.
  • Leadership Development: Create leadership development strategies targeting management-level professionals and work with corporate experts to implement effective solutions.
  • Employee Development: Translate needs into development programs that target technical career pathing and help managers learn to coach and give feedback to employees.
  • Succession Planning: Participate in succession planning and talent review processes to ensure internal talent is developed effectively and gaps are identified and addressed appropriately.
  • Employee Relations: Partner with management to resolve employee relations and performance issues, conduct investigations, and administer corrective action plans.

QualificationsWe are looking for an experienced HR professional with a strong background in HR management or HRBP positions. Key qualifications include:
  • Ability to mentor and coach others.
  • Strong consulting skills to build credibility and partnership with leaders.
  • Solid influencing skills and capabilities.
  • Consistently thinking about the organization with a critical eye.
  • Strong organizational skills, including project management, change management, and organization planning capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; Master's degree in Organizational Development or related area preferred.

Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
