Dropoff está en búsqueda de un Coordinador de Logística. Esta es una posición remota. En este rol, facilitarás las entregas el mismo día en múltiples mercados. Este puesto reporta al Gerente General.

Responsabilidades

  • Coordinar entregas en los mercados asignados, creando rutas eficientes considerando los horarios de los conductores, las necesidades de los clientes y los acuerdos de nivel de servicio.
  • Trabajar en estrecha comunicación y coordinación con los Representantes de Servicio al Cliente, reaccionando a las necesidades cambiantes de los clientes y comunicando proactivamente los tiempos estimados de llegada a los clientes.
  • Lograr estándares de entrega a tiempo en todos los mercados, contribuyendo con nuevas ideas y soluciones para mejorar continuamente la puntualidad en las entregas.
  • Reportar el desempeño de los conductores al personal de Operaciones de Campo para reconocimiento y acciones correctivas necesarias.
  • Conocer a fondo los mercados asignados, asegurando un conocimiento completo de los clientes, conductores y sus necesidades.
  • Estar disponible durante los cambios de turno según sea necesario, incluyendo turnos tempranos y tardíos, así como fines de semana.

Calificaciones Mínimas

  • Experiencia en el uso de la herramienta de despacho CXT.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y técnicas.
  • Responsable, confiable y aprendiz rápido.
  • Capacidad demostrada para adaptarse a nuevas tecnologías.
  • Capacidad demostrada para ejecutar proyectos y equipos operativamente eficientes.

Calificaciones Preferidas

  • Una verdadera pasión por la logística y la ejecución de prácticas comerciales rigurosas.
  • Experiencia en el uso de Google Docs, Microsoft Office y Slack.
