About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Patient Care Manager to join our team at DaVita Inc. As a Patient Care Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with clinical and financial teams to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, including budgeting, forecasting, and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Partner with Regional Operations Director to identify and address employee and patient concerns to drive towards Regional goals and standards.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in related area strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of one year experience required in leadership/management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.) at discretion of DVP and/or ROD.
  • Proven ability to adeptly manage multiple priorities; a person who gets the right stuff done.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt, innovate and lead in an environment that moves at a rapid pace, where change is common.
  • Collaboration is a must to be successful in this role. You will be working with clinical and financial teams on a daily basis to produce results that align to business needs.
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
  • Current CPR certification required (or certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire or change in position).
