  • Marketing and Communications: Participate in marketing activities such as preparing publications and presentations.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree, preferably in business studies (ideally with a major in logistics/SCM) or industrial engineering.
  • Experience: 10 years of professional experience in consulting (including logistics/SCM) or in one of our key industries.
  • Supply Chain Expertise: 6+ years' experience in supply chain consulting, specifically working on projects in intralogistics and production.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in retail or FMCG/CPG industry is preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience developing and managing relationships with clients and selling consulting projects.
  • Project Management Skills: Experience in cascading strategic targets and monitoring execution of goals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and BI tools such as Tableau Desktop or PowerBI.
  • International Experience: Experience working in an international company and with international clients is preferred.
