About the Role:

The On-Site Construction Office Associate is a vital member of our team, providing exceptional administrative and customer support services to our clients and internal teams. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service to contractors, clients, and internal team members.
  • Ensure compliance with injury reporting protocols and maintain contact with internal contacts and medical facilities.
  • Assist with pre-employment screening, including drug screening, and facilitate random drug testing.
  • Manage client-specific reports, attendance tracking, and time-off requests.
  • Coordinate with site Health and Safety teams to ensure all required certifications and documentation are received.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required.
  • 1+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting, account management, or on-premise support.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience.
  • Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus.
