Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Loan Processor to join our team at VIP Mortgage Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and processing mortgage loan documents, verifying borrower information, and communicating with Loan Officers and Underwriting teams.

As a successful Loan Processor, you will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will also be proficient in using various software applications, including Microsoft Office, and have a strong understanding of mortgage loan regulations and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify borrower information and prepare loan documents
  • Communicate with Loan Officers and Underwriting teams
  • Analyze credit conditions and identify potential issues
  • Review and verify loan documentation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, finance)
  • 3+ years of mortgage processing experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other software applications

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
