POSITION DETAILS:

JOB OVERVIEW: Monitors and documents activities and incidents at a designated client location, ensuring the security and safety of client assets and personnel. Conducts regular patrols to identify any irregularities. Maintains order and may enforce regulations and directives related to personnel, visitors, and property. The role requires the ability to remain standing for the majority of the workday.

MINIMUM ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. Security or related experience or customer service knowledge along with college-level education may substitute for work experience.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • 1-3 years of Corporate/Commercial Security Experience
  • Valid NYS Security Guard License
  • Availability to work weekends is essential
  • Ability to stand for extended periods is required
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills are necessary
  • Capability to verbally de-escalate situations is required
  • Reliable transportation is necessary
  • Must be proficient in understanding and communicating in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Some positions may necessitate a consistent 7-year work history
