Role Overview:
The Parts Sales Consultant is responsible for the sale of service parts, bulk fluids, attachments, and accessories. This role also involves providing in-store customer support, promoting organizational initiatives, and managing inventory duties. The consultant will identify and deliver comprehensive parts solutions tailored to customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure outstanding customer service by fostering a welcoming environment, maintaining high standards, and demonstrating solid product knowledge.
2. Stay informed about all product details, promotional offers, and marketing materials.
3. Assist in maintaining displays, executing floor changes, and ensuring store cleanliness.
4. Support the processing and replenishment of parts inventory, including receiving and sorting orders while keeping merchandise available on the sales floor.
5. Comply with all United Ag & Turf policies, procedures, and best practices.
6. Accurately complete all sales transactions and manage cash accountability at point-of-sale registers.
7. Open crates, boxes, and other containers as needed.
8. Participate in inventory counts for parts and equipment.
