As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of clinical programs, supervising Behavior Interventionists, and providing education and training to client caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee clinical programs to ensure high-quality services for clients
  • Supervise Behavior Interventionists to ensure adherence to program protocols and best practices
  • Provide education and training to client caregivers to enhance their ability to support clients
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Drive 30-60 miles per day to conduct on-site visits and supervise client sessions

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Education, Social Work)
  • BCBA certification or in progress
  • Strong ABA and clinical skills, with experience in autism spectrum disorders
  • Excellent written and spoken communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback with a team player attitude
  • Bilingual skills valued
