Benefits

Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Compensation: $175,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Office Manager with basic customer service tasks as needed.
  • Meet targets by writing new property and casualty insurance policies.
  • Conduct inside sales by quoting, proposing, and binding policies for walk-in or call-in prospects.
  • Proactively reach out to leads provided by the agency to cross-sell and sell new insurance policies.
  • Engage with your personal network and participate in community networking groups.
  • Ensure adherence to the Home Team Insurance Sales Process with all prospects.
  • Manage a pipeline in our Prospect Management System and follow up with all prospects appropriately.
  • Ensure accurate onboarding and that all binding documents are received and electronically signed by clients who purchase insurance.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of new products and regulations within our industry.
