Job Title: Licensed Sales Producer

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Producer to join our team at Farmers Insurance. As a Sales Producer, you will be responsible for generating new business and growing revenue through the sale of insurance products.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and prospects. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
  • Develop and present insurance quotes and sales presentations
  • Maintain knowledge of new products and services
  • Prospect and generate new business through leads and referral sources
  • Maintain client relationships through follow-up phone calls and emails
Qualifications
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and prospects
  • Proficiency in multi-tasking, follow-through, and follow-up
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
  • Property and Casualty insurance license required
  • Successful sales background and minimum of 1-3 years prior sales experience preferred
