Compensation and Career Advancement

The estimated annual salary for this role is $95,000 - $120,000 based on location and experience. The 401(k) Plan offers a 100% match on 3% to 9% of pay (based on years of service), and Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available. Education assistance includes tuition, student loan, certification support, and dependent scholarships.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Intermediate Care Temp to join our team. In this role, you'll provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures of Las Palmas Del Sol Healthcare and the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Required Licensure and/or Certification: RN licensed in State of Texas/Compact and BCLS certified.
  • Current ACLS: Required for this position.
  • Education and Experience: Associates Degree or BSN and Critical Care Background preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong communication skills, both oral and written, and basic computer skills are required. Dysrhythmia Recognition, Proficiency in EKG, and ability to move in excess of 100 pounds with assistance from others are also necessary.
