Advanced Cardiac Progressive Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Cardiac Progressive Care to join our team at Las Palmas Medical Center, a leading healthcare provider in El Paso.
The successful candidate will provide direct nursing care to patients in the cardiac progressive care unit, utilizing their expertise in telemetry and critical care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Monitor and assess patient vital signs and symptoms, identifying potential complications and taking prompt action as needed
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on self-care techniques and disease management
- RN licensure in the State of Texas or Compact state
- BCLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Critical care experience, particularly in telemetry and dysrhythmia recognition
- Proficiency in EKG interpretation
