Senior Sales Consultant

Sunrise Senior Living is a leading provider of senior care services, and we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Senior Sales Consultant.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
About the Role:
The Senior Sales Consultant will be responsible for supporting the Sales and Marketing team in achieving occupancy and revenue goals. This includes assisting with sales database management, maintaining sales collateral, coordinating events, and advancing leads through the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a thorough working proficiency in the customer relationship management (CRM) lead tracking system.
- Support the Sales and Marketing team by effectively maintaining all current prospect records in the CRM lead tracking system.
- Build a trusting and positive relationship with prospects by understanding the Sunrise product and how it can meet their needs.
- Ensure model suites/apartments are well maintained and presentable.
- Set, track, and accomplish sales goals in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate effective telephone skills producing qualified leads and appointments.
- Prepare resident administrative files according to Sunrise and state specific regulatory requirements.
- Manage the move-in process as outlined in the Resident Move-In Checklist.
- Meet with residents and/or family members to review the Move-In Packet and explain all information.
- Coordinate and facilitate the Resident Assessment with the Resident Care Director and Assisted Living Coordinator/Reminiscence Coordinator.
- Ensure all Sunrise and required state forms are completed by the resident and/or family on or before move-in date.
- Schedule the Resident Agreement Signing on Move-In day, collect remaining paperwork, and review the welcome packet with the resident and family member(s).
- Orientate residents and family members to the community, present the room, and explain telephone and emergency procedures systems and other services.
- Arrange lunch or dinner for residents and family members on Move-In day.
- Ensure the suite/apartment is ready for Move-In using the Suite Readiness Checklist.
- Communicate necessary suite/apartment readiness needs with the Maintenance Coordinator.
- Maintain an open and ongoing dialogue with residents and/or family from the time the Move-In Fee is placed through Move-In to ensure a smooth transition and identify resident/family needs.
- Initiate communication with residents' physicians and/or family to ensure completion and delivery of the Physician's Statement and any state specific forms.
- Assist residents and family members in making the emotional connection to the new community through awareness, integration, and socialization techniques and engaging activities.
- Always maintain and protect the confidentiality of resident information.
- Facilitate the Sunrise Founders Club, ensuring all benefits are received by residents and/or family.
- Partner with the community team to ensure compliance with OSHA requirements, promoting Risk Management programs and policies and adhering to safety rules and regulations.
- Practice safety procedures at all times, including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), fire extinguishers, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and Lockout Tagout.
- Actively participate as a member of a team and commit to working toward team goals.
- Demonstrate our Team Member Credo in daily interactions with others.
- Commit to serving our residents and guests through our Principles of Service.
- Contribute to overall engagement programs and processes.
- Attend regular meetings, including Town Hall, Department Team, Cross Over, and others as directed by the Supervisor/Department Coordinator.
- Maintain compliance in assigned required training and all training required by state or other regulating authorities as applicable to this role to ensure that Sunrise standards are always met.
- Support sales teams in executing successful sales and marketing events.
