As a Dining Room Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining rooms, providing exceptional service to our guests, and supporting our servers and management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist servers and management in providing prompt and courteous service to guests
  • Deliver food to correct tables according to ticket, floor plan, and seat numbers
  • Set up assigned stations with specified items and maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Support new Omni Safe and Clean protocols throughout the outlet to support Omni's Covid-19 related sanitation protocols
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-year food runner experience or DRA experience
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance
  • Current, ServSafe or equivalent training
Working Environment:

The Dining Room Assistant will work in the interior of the restaurant kitchen and designated bar area, with occasional travel around the property as needed. Exposure to a kitchen environment with high temperatures, exterior of Hotel with exposure to weather conditions, and exposure to Food and Beverage hazardous cleaning chemicals.
