Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Service Technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive systems and be able to diagnose and repair issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
  • Diagnose and repair issues with vehicles, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Stay up-to-date with manufacturer recommendations and industry standards for maintenance and repairs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Automotive Service Technician; certifications from organizations such as ASE or NASTF a plus
  • Strong understanding of automotive systems, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment
