Top Sales Executive for Infrastructure and Energy Market

Job Overview:
This role is a key part of our sales team, focused on revenue generation for the IJGlobal Platform. We're looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join us in New York.
About the Role:
As a Senior Sales Associate at IJGlobal – a Green Street Company, you will work with an entrepreneurial mindset to drive revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on creating and converting leads into clients through proactive prospect engagement via phone calls and tailored email campaigns. You will exercise discretion and independent judgment to manage and build upon an existing sale pipeline, proactively tracking updates to pipeline activity and revenue forecast through Salesforce.
You will also be responsible for prospecting and assessing new sales potential while moving many prospects through the sales pipeline. Developing and executing a sales plan for high-volume prospect engagement to drive revenue and brand awareness will be essential. Achieving key activity (e.g., calls, email engagement, etc.) and performance metrics will be critical to your success in this role.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5+ years of successful proactive business development, sales, marketing, or lead generation/enablement experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience selling business to business (B2B) with a track record of overachieving sales goals
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is highly desired based on Latin American territory
- Must live within commutable distance of our New York office and commit to being in 3 days a week
- An understanding of financial concepts and principles as they relate to clients' needs is a strong plus
- Authorization to work in the United States now and in the future, without visa or sponsorship requirements
