As a Field Crew Chief, you will be responsible for having working knowledge and experience to perform various types of surveys, including construction layout, ALTA/ASCM, boundary, as-built, control, right-of-way, specific purpose, and topographic surveys.

Responsibilities

  • Perform construction layout surveys to ensure accurate and efficient construction processes.
  • Conduct ALTA/ASCM surveys to provide detailed and accurate property boundary information.
  • Lead boundary surveys to determine property boundaries and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Manage as-built surveys to document construction progress and ensure accuracy.
  • Conduct control surveys to establish and maintain survey control points.
  • Perform right-of-way surveys to determine property boundaries and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct specific purpose surveys to provide detailed and accurate information for various projects.
  • Lead topographic surveys to create detailed and accurate maps of terrain and features.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of four years relevant experience.
  • Must pass mandatory DMV check.
  • Knowledge of Florida Minimum Technical Standards.
