Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling and budgeting.

  • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in landscape maintenance or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct team members.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in horticulture, landscape architecture, or a related field preferred.
