With over 40 locations throughout the Philadelphia area, Cardiology Consultants of Philadelphia is a prominent medical organization dedicated to delivering exceptional cardiology care.

The Associate Physician Liaison plays a pivotal role in building and maintaining relationships with referring physicians and healthcare systems. This critical position involves serving as the primary point of contact for fostering connections between physicians' offices and our cardiologists, thereby increasing patient referrals to our practice locations.

A successful candidate should possess outstanding interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills, along with a willingness to travel regularly. Knowledge of cardiology or general healthcare is highly beneficial.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance patient referrals by surveying local primary and specialty physicians.
  • Promote our facility's services and new offerings through meetings with local physicians.
  • Collaborate with our cardiologists to establish and maintain strong relationships with specialists and primary care physicians, facilitating confident patient referrals.
  • Establish new connections within various areas of healthcare.
  • Maintain open dialogue with referring doctors regarding patient care, referrals, new treatments, and existing referrals.
  • Ensure compliance with marketing goals and philosophies by reporting to Operations.
  • Work with Marketing to develop educational materials for distribution among referring physicians.
  • Organize public relations campaigns and awareness initiatives.
  • Cultivate partnerships between referring physicians and CCP cardiologists, as needed.
  • Uncover new business opportunities for CCP.
  • Provide regular progress updates on referral growth and practitioner relationships.
Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in healthcare is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of general medical principles, particularly those related to our facility's services, treatment options, and equipment.
  • 100% travel required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, public speaking, and organizational skills.
