Electromechanical Specialist

About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Specialist to join our team at California Sugar Refiners LLC. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues with our machinery
- Monitor and maintain the correct operation of computer systems
- Respond to maintenance requests and track work orders efficiently
- Use various hand and power tools, electrical and material handling equipment
- Avoid prolonged shutdowns for corrective maintenance
- Support budget control of materials and spare parts
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to reduce production costs
- Comply with company policies and procedures
- Demonstrate knowledge of automated control systems and good manufacturing practices
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in Maintenance Electrical, Technician, or Operator roles

The work environment is fast-paced, with regular requirements to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. You may occasionally lift and/or move up to twenty-five pounds.
Compensation Package:
We offer a competitive salary range of $18.00-$26.00 per hour, along with additional benefits including vacation time, sick time, bereavement leave, paid holidays, medical benefits, and a 401(k) savings plan.
