**Job Description:**

Serco is seeking a highly skilled Electromechanical Assembly Specialist to join our team in San Diego, CA.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience using power tools and assembling complex mechanical assemblies. You will be responsible for following blueprints, guidelines, and diagrams to fabricate and assemble various electromechanical and electronic assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure accurate assembly and fabrication of components.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment to prevent malfunctions and ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electromechanical assembly and fabrication.
  • Able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
  • Able to work second or third shift as needed.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a standing, crouching, or walking position.
