About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Professional to join our USGP team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the delivery of high-quality laboratory services. Your primary responsibilities will include performing tests and procedures, maintaining quality control, and communicating with healthcare providers.

Responsibilities:
  • Initiate, recommend and effect measures to improve services and quality of current methodologies.
  • Support all laboratory equipment and take appropriate corrective actions should quality control and/or performance indicators fail.
  • Consult with administrative staff to ensure that they are informed of activities, needs, and problems.

Requirements:
  • Degree/Education: Graduate from a medical laboratory technician training program accredited by NAACLS or ABHES.
  • Certifications in addition to Basic Life Support: Certification/registration as determined by ASCP or AMT.
  • Experience: Possess a minimum of one (1) year experience within the last three (3) years as a Medical Laboratory Technician.

The estimated salary for this role is $50,000 - $65,000 per year.
