Join Our Team:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Support Associate to join our team as a Diagnostic Services specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our healthcare professionals, ensuring accurate and timely completion of diagnostic testing and assessments.

About the Role:

You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and support. You will assist with medical record documentation, perform testing and assessments, and communicate effectively with patients and physicians.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to healthcare professionals
  • Perform ANS testing and EKG testing
  • Transcribe and document assessment from testing into the electronic health record
  • Communicate effectively among others

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Prior experience in healthcare beneficial but not necessary
  • Friendly and outgoing attitude towards patients
  • Able to adapt to fast-paced environment

Salary Range:

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000-$70,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid vacation and holidays.
