Service Technician Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Diagnostic Technician to join our team at Kahlig Auto Group. As a Service Technician, you will diagnose complex vehicle problems, repair vehicles and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze vehicle data and use advanced diagnostic tools to identify and repair complex problems.
  • Collaborate with shop foreman and service advisor to plan and execute repair strategies that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, listening to their concerns and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Stay informed about new technologies and innovations in the automotive industry through ongoing training and professional development.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by sharing knowledge, expertise and best practices with colleagues.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) and paid time off.
