Creative Director

Odaseva is a leading provider of enterprise data security solutions for Salesforce enterprises. Our mission is to protect and secure critical data against evolving threats, maintain operational integrity, and comply with data regulations.
Your RoleWe are seeking a highly detail-oriented and talented Creative Director to join our marketing team and own the overall marketing design for our brand. The ideal candidate will be a blend of strategic and execution-focused, with the ability to manage outside design resources and collaborate with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Translate business and marketing objectives into multi-channel creative assets to drive business value with our visual identity.
- Concept, design, and execute innovative design campaigns, experiences, and assets in all formats, from developing the creative brief to launching the campaign.
- Understand business goals, target audiences, and market trends to shape the creative vision.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders on brand architecture and ensure that all of Odaseva is working towards the same brand vision with our brand personality consistently displayed in everything we do.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of creative assets, including website, social media, print, events presence, digital advertising, and more.
- Manage the end-to-end production process, from ideation to launch, being mindful of timelines and budgets.
- Set clear expectations, incorporate constructive feedback, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.
- Present creative concepts and strategies to key stakeholders internally, including executives.
- Drive innovation in content creation, staying up to date on new formats to engage clients and prospects.
- Oversee and manage external creative resources as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 8-12 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Passion for visual identity and how it relates to business value.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Suite, Figma, etc.
- Proficiency in Webflow.
- Proven experience in design and creative direction.
- Professional fluency in both French and English.
- Hubspot experience.
- Motion graphics & video experience.
