Job Title: Style AdvisorWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Style Advisor to join our team in our new store opening in NorthPark Centre Dallas, Texas. As a Style Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering an authentic and memorable service approach, working well in a dynamic team environment, and being a clear communicator.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Represent the brand at all times by following the company dress code and maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and research products online to provide expert advice to customers.
- Confidently navigate customers, suggesting alternatives or fulfilling their product requests either within another store or online.
- Promote a 'one business' mindset and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets.
- Build organic and long-lasting relationships with customers through personal styling sessions and confident styling, outfit building, and recommendations.
- Escalate customer complaints to the management team and maintain a high level of telephone etiquette.
- Process transactions, refunds, and telephone orders confidentially and maintain accurate records.
- Understand the importance of data collection and ensure GDPR is adhered to.
- Maintain a high level of stock replenishment and store visual merchandising standards.
- Assist with deliveries and stock recalls, and be responsible for own H&S and ensuring H&S processes are followed in store.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
