Job DescriptionChad's Design Build is seeking a skilled Remodeling Carpenter to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing all phases of home remodeling, from framing to finish carpentry.

Responsibilities:

* Perform all phases of home remodeling, from framing to finish carpentry.
* Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
* Maintain a positive attitude and collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
* Stay current with new materials and techniques in the industry.
* Address unexpected issues or delays with creativity and flexibility.
* Provide guidance and instruction to less experienced carpenters and laborers.
* Communicate effectively with clients, maintaining respect and professionalism.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* 5-10 years of experience as a remodeling carpenter.
* Proficient with hand and power tools, such as saws, drills, and sanders.
* Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
* Strong communication skills with team members and clients.
* Willingness to take direction and accept feedback.
* Resourceful problem-solvers with a CAN-DO attitude.
* Detail-oriented with high standards.
* Valid driver's license and insurance.
* Ability to pass a criminal background check.
* Majority of tools required for residential carpentry.
