Master Carpenter

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Carpenter to lead our carpentry team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team of carpenters effectively.

• Oversee and coordinate carpentry projects from start to finish
• Ensure quality craftsmanship and timely completion
• Adhere to project specifications and company standards
• Manage a team of carpenters and provide guidance and support
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment

• 5+ years of experience in carpentry (specifically framing & finishing)
• 2+ years of management experience
• Must be a resident of Dane County
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
