Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Specialist to join our team at True Manufacturing. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Process return requests and handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal departments, dealers, product owners, and sales team to resolve delivery and performance issues.
- Develop and maintain reports to management, as requested.
- Understand and review return requests, and perform account coordinator responsibilities, including order entry system, returns program, and customer relationship database management.
- Quote lead times and delivery dates for product not in stock for both factory and warehouse.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available products, services, and country-specific requirements through company training sessions and effective use of available resources.
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred.
- Four or more years of combined education and/or experience in a professional work environment required.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.
