Senior Financial Analyst

Spirit of America is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our financial planning and analysis team, you will play a critical role in supporting our organization's financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and external financial reporting
- Conduct and document financial analysis projects
- Assist in the year-end financial audit and preparation of the 990
- Develop and maintain cash position reporting
- Manage cash deposits
- Identify and develop process improvements within finance and across the organization
- Assist in the preparation of accounting schedules
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, or a related field
- Master's degree in accounting or a related field preferred
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Experience in a finance analytical role
- Exceptional Excel and Intacct skills
- Salesforce, Bill.com, and Nexonia experience a plus
Benefits:
- Salary range $90,000 to $110,000 based on experience
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- 403b contribution match to 4%
