Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

Spirit of America is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our financial planning and analysis team, you will play a critical role in supporting our organization's financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and external financial reporting
  • Conduct and document financial analysis projects
  • Assist in the year-end financial audit and preparation of the 990
  • Develop and maintain cash position reporting
  • Manage cash deposits
  • Identify and develop process improvements within finance and across the organization
  • Assist in the preparation of accounting schedules

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, or a related field
  • Master's degree in accounting or a related field preferred
  • CPA or CPA candidate preferred
  • Experience in a finance analytical role
  • Exceptional Excel and Intacct skills
  • Salesforce, Bill.com, and Nexonia experience a plus

Benefits:

  • Salary range $90,000 to $110,000 based on experience
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 403b contribution match to 4%
