About the Role

Kelly, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Financial Transactions Clerk to join our team. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our company's financial transactions and providing exceptional support to our customers.

  • This is an onsite role with full-time hours, Monday-Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for posting cash receipts and applying them to AR invoices as necessary.
  • Enter AR invoices and ensure accuracy.
  • FOLLOW UP WITH PROGRAM MANAGERS FOR STATUS OF OUTSTANDING AR INVOICES AND FOLLOW UP ON PAST DUE BALANCES
  • Review accounts receivable register monthly and reconcile to the general ledger.
  • Manage the accounts receivable email account.
  • Upload positive pay daily, review positive pay exceptions.
  • Entering service fees, refunds and credit card reimbursements.
  • Complete intercompany billings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3-4+ years of strong accounts receivable experience.
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Excel and accounting software packages.
  • Non-profit experience is a plus.

Compensation

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
