Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Physical Therapy Aide to join our team at Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Centers. As a Physical Therapy Aide, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our clinical staff in maintaining a safe and efficient therapy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with patient care under the direct supervision of a physical therapist, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction and safety.
  • Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment, including cleaning treatment tables, equipment, and surfaces, and restocking supplies.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting patients in a friendly and courteous manner, observing patients during treatment, and reporting any changes in patient condition to clinical staff.
  • Assist with front desk duties, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and processing payments.
  • Perform various physical tasks, such as standing, squatting, and bending, to assist with patient care and maintain a safe work environment.
