Job Title: Accounting Assistant III

Kforce is seeking an experienced Accounting Assistant III to join our team in Austin, Texas. As an Accounting Assistant III, you will be responsible for maintaining the A/P relationship with vendors, processing invoices, and ensuring timely payment.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely payment
  • Process invoices and reconcile accounts payable
  • Perform data analysis and provide insights to management
  • Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 0-3 years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with purchase requests/orders and accounts payable a plus
